What happens once I have placed my order?
Once we have received your order, our designers & makers will get to work on your order as soon as possible. Once your order is complete, it will be lovingly packaged and dispatched. We'll let you know as soon as your order is on its way.
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to start work on your order as soon as possible, often on the same day. Dispatch is usually within 3-5 working days.
Can you deliver my order any quicker?
Depending on how busy we are, we can sometimes rush orders through. If you need your order delivered by a certain date, please just get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Oh no! I’ve made a mistake with my order, can I change it?
Mistakes happen and we’ll try our best to amend your order, however, on occasions we aren’t able to make any changes. This is usually because the item you’ve ordered has already gone into production. Please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
